Individual Counseling
is a personal opportunity to receive support and experience growth during challenging times in life. Individual counseling can help one deal with many personal topics in life such as anger, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marriage and relationship challenges, parenting problems, school difficulties, career changes, etc.

IOP
an intensive outpatient program is an alternative to residential rehabs for those suffering from addiction disorders or mental health. It provides more support and accountability than individual therapy, but allows patients to continue to work, attend school, or otherwise integrate treatment into their everyday lives. We Are HOPE Recovery Solutions Intensive Outpatient Programs offers a range of therapeutic modalities designed to guide patients through their recovery journey.

OP
usually last 60-90 days. OP runs about three days a week with sessions lasting 1-2 hours each. During this time, you will attend group and individual therapy sessions that address addictive behaviors, relapse prevention, and healthy coping skills.
Unlike inpatient rehab, you are not required to live at the treatment facility. Instead, you can stay in a sober living home or live in the comfort of your own home.
